 5th ANNUAL CONCRETEKIDS & 38th Annual concreteman!

RETURNING THIS YEAR, the ConcreteKIDS Triathlon on Friday Night. Short distance and Long distance kids triathlons. This will be a great event for first time kid triathletes and those that have raced before. ConcreteKids will be a positive and quality experience for all the kiddos involved. Bring the kids to race Friday night and the adults can race the rest of the weekend! LETS RACE !
The ConcreteMan Triathlon is the oldest Triathlon in Missouri. Started in 1982, the ConcreteMan became a staple multisport event in Missouri for years. The event went through many iterations over the years and included the sprint distance, olympic(ish), and at one point an open water swim. In 2025 we are excited to be back with the Historic ConcreteMan in our mission to revitalize Multisport in the Ozarks. Join us for the 38th Annual ConcreteMan Triathlon with the addition of the SUPER-SPRINT!

Series Dates:
April 27 th , 2025 – 7th Annual Kid’s Splash & Dash: Rampy for MS
May 24 th , 2025 – Mount Sequoyah Triathlon
June 27th, 2025 – ConcreteKids Triathlon
July 26 th , 2025  – Conway Kids Triathlon
August 16th, 2025 – Broken Sword Triathlon
August 29th, 2025 – TriFest for MS

Scoring:
Race age groups based on age as of 12/31/25
Series Age group awards for 6-15 years old
The top 4 scores for each individual will count towards their series score. These 4 scores will be added
together to create a cumulative score for the series.
6–8-year-olds required to participate in a minimum of 3 races to qualify for the series with 1 race outside of
your zone.
9–15-year-olds required to participate in a minimum of 4 races to qualify for the series with 1 race outside of
your zone.
1st place athlete in each age group will receive 50 points, and each place behind that will receive 2 points less.
Everyone placing in places past 25th will receive 2 points.
Results and standings will live on (Website to be provided)
Series award/swag for participants who compete in all 6 races.
Heartland to collect csv file from each race and upload results to Racing in the Ozarks webpage.
Each race to share updated results with participants following each race

The Concreteman is an absolutely beautiful course with very low traffic. All the little details were well planned and course was very easy to follow. This is my favorite triathlon anywhere! Thanks Heartland!

When I saw the the ConcreteMan Triathlon was coming back, I signed up immediately! This has always been one of my favorite races and love that it is right here in Springfield. Heartland Racing Co. made it feel even more legit than it used to and they put on a stellar race! I had so much fun at this year's resurrection!
