Our partnership with MyLaps allows us to provide the quickest and most feature filled results for any type of event.
Every event needs bibs (race number). We provide Heartland bibs free of charge OR design and print custom event bibs that make your participants stand out!
Multiple start/finish arches are available for events with a finish line clock included.
Results are made easy with on-site live results, QR code enabled on-site results, and email/text result notifications.

Equipment available: Barricades, Swim Buoys, Inflatable Arches, Metal Arches, Cones, Transition Racks, Course marking materials, and much more.
Along with heavy equipment, electronics are also needed to put on a successful event. We provide laptops, speaker systems & microphones, portable speakers, safety lights, theme lights, and more.
In addition to all we provide we also have a host of canopy tents, flags, photo backdrops, and directional items. With all we can provide, there is nothing your event will need to acquire elsewhere.

Our In-House Graphic Designer creates the most excellent event logos and graphics. We know what sells and what doesn't. Anyone can work a computer but not everyone can make a logo that gets participants to the start line.
We can design, print, and pack any swag you may need for your event. T-shirts, hoodies, quarter zips, jackets, hats, socks bags, promo items, etc. Whatever speaks to your event can be created and provided. On top of eye-catching race swag, we can provide custom "sellables" and event branding materials of all types.

Pictures are the easiest way to spread word of your event and have your participants work for you, to grow your following. Our partnership with RSU allows us to provide Photo Bib-Tagging to the majority of our clients. Race Bibs are scanned through our software to assign certain pictures to certain participants. Photos then show up with participant results, "tagged" to the specific participant. |

Event App/Live Tracking
Our Multisport Event App shows live leg and transition results in a nice view. Any event configuration is possible: run, bike, swim, triathlon, etc. Our algorithms calculate a very precise position in the race and estimated finish time. Besides Live Tracking the App offers integration with social media, results, interactive course maps, live video, share selfies, in order to get maximum visibility and reach for your event and your sponsors. |
