Welcome to Grit & Guts (formerly GO BRO).
The Race you do to SUFFER. This isn't easy and it's not meant to be. The 5k has FOUR Challenge Stations and the 15k has TWELVE! Contrary to many events these days, you must complete each Challenge Station to move on to the next, if you do not complete each Challenge Station, you do not receive your Steak, or Medal. |

The Challenge Stations below are non-negotiable. To receive your Medal at the Finish-line you MUST complete each Challenge Station no matter how long it takes you. Each Challenge Station has an unlimited number of tries. As long as you gut it out and do not give up, you will finish. The order of the Challenge Stations will not be revealed.
